Enroll in the benefit
Enroll with the DPC Plan during open enrollment to opt-in to the Direct Primary Care benefit.

Choose your doctor
During the week of December 9th you will get an email from hintconnect@hint.com with a link to choose a doctor for you and your dependents.

Schedule your first visit
Your doctor will reach out to you by email or phone to welcome you to their clinic and set up your first appointment within the first week your coverage starts.

Make your selection
Check the email you put on your enrollment forms and select the doctor for you and your dependents before December 20th or a doctor will be assigned based on location.
